CSB Group is organising a seminar on the 11th of April – one that will focus upon the business feasibility of selecting, retaining and grooming the right talent that will help the organisation to grow organically from within.
Talent management involves not only rewarding successful and committed employees, but involves the wider spectrum of developing a talent pool through which corporate objectives will be attained. Participants will look at both financial and non-financial factors of talent management, the business implications of a talent pool, employee expectations and rewards and managing non-achievers to develop internally or move out from the organisation. Throughout this course participants will understand the business implications of managing talent, financial and non-financial costs of talent management, rewarding talented employees and managing expectations and effectively-managing ‘non-achievers’.
